Research Intent Verification Policy
How DEUS records purchaser acknowledgement and reviews intended research-only use before accepting an order.

Required checkout confirmation
Before an order can be placed, the purchaser must confirm that every product is for lawful laboratory research use only and not for human or animal consumption.
Purchaser declarations
The purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years old, understand that the products are research chemicals, have a lawful research purpose and will not use them for consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cosmetic use, supplementation, bodybuilding, performance enhancement or veterinary purposes.
Competence and lawful handling
The purchaser is responsible for suitable facilities, competent handling, storage, record keeping, risk assessment, use and disposal, and for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, institutional rules and safety procedures.
No relabelling or misuse
Products must not be resold, relabelled, advertised or supplied in a way that suggests medical, health, food, supplement, cosmetic, veterinary or consumer use.
Order review
DEUS may request additional information, refuse or cancel an order, issue a refund or close an account where an order or communication suggests non-research intent or potential misuse.
Record of acknowledgement
The checkout acknowledgement and its policy version may be stored with the order record. Verification supports responsible supply but does not replace the purchaser's own legal, regulatory, safety or institutional duties.
