Products and intended use

Products sold on this website are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics, supplements or products for human or animal consumption. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

By ordering, you confirm that you are responsible for checking that the products are suitable and lawful for your intended research use and destination.

Product information, COAs and purity

We aim to show clear product names, strengths, prices, categories and supporting records. Where a product is described as 99% pure, any COA or batch record shown should relate to the matching product or batch. Check analytical details against the relevant document where available.

Ordering from us

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We accept the order when we confirm it and begin processing it. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, details appear incorrect, a pricing error is found, or we believe the order may breach these terms or applicable law.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, taxes and available shipping options are shown during checkout. You are responsible for making sure your order and delivery details are correct before submitting payment.

Delivery

Delivery is handled under our Shipping & Delivery page. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can happen because of payment checks, stock checks, courier issues, incorrect address details, customs checks or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. Because our products are sealed research materials, returns may be limited once goods have been opened, unsealed, damaged after delivery or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.
